If you have a small front porch, it can feel a little restrictive to decorate.

First thing is to sweep up the porch.
Then you can hose it down with a pressure washer if you have one to remove all the dust and debris. If not, just moping with water will work too depending on how dirty the porch is.
Clean the walls if you have to. I used my favorite SteamMachine for this.
